Perisher Blue is a major ski resort in New South Wales. What was once four separate ski areas , became a huge ski resort in 1995 and was named Perisher Blue. There are seven mountains here with over 50 ski lifts accessing them. Perisher Valley is the main ski area here, with Front Valley, Smiggen Holes and Guthega most suitable for beginners.

Mt Perisher and Blue Cow are good for all ability skiers and Kamikaze Australia's steepest ski run. Perisher Blue covers a wide area and offers alpine runs, cross country skiing, as well as valley and bowl skiing. Snow boarding is also popular, with Perisher Blue offering its own snow boarding areas as well as snow boarding classes. Perisher Blue village offers a selection of shops selling ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, jewellery and souvenirs.

The resort also features a number of mountain restaurants which serve a variety of food and drink. If you wish to cater for yourself a supermarket is available within the Skitube Terminal and an ATM in the Perisher Centre.
